Smoked Salmon Sunday















Gramps, Head Salmon Smoker, labored diligently for hours to smoke the wild salmon. Grams was close by to make sure he did everything right. It was deeeelish!

Hubby labored diligently for a few less hours shucking the corn...


The garage sale smoker we picked up a couple of weekends ago...

I worked very hard choosing a port for dessert. Okay, it was the only one we had, fresh from Val Verde Vineyards, Del Rio, TX. Highly recommend the vineyard, not the town.
